“It was excellent ”

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”

“Everything was so clean! The staff where great not hairs on the bedding. No dust and dirt in corners! This was a 10 out of 10 for me! Im very picky”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Man at the desk at night I believe his name mark was a terrible clerk unfriendly I am eighty five years old I asked him for roll of toilet paper and he was un friendly he have an issue I will stay at 66 motel before I stay in your Hampton inn ”

“Wife & I only went for a break from kids & grandchildren that had moved in with us, not thinking it was the day before easter & there were dozens of kids running around. That would not have been a problem except there were between 20 & 30 teens & preteens in the pool area running in and out. The entrance for the pool area is about 50 feet from the front desk and the floor was completely wet all through. My wife almost fell, I helped keep her from falling then my legs slid out popping my knee...

“Our stay was excellent the staff presented themselves in a manner that was greater then any hotel staff we have witnessed. The made us feel comfortable, like we’re just as important as the next person, the young lady attending to the breakfast preparation was very friendly, didn’t have any problems with parking, our room was very clean the cleaning staff was great. They gave us towels with out having a attitude that OTHER hotel staff shows.”
